Stonebridge was selected to serve as Owner’s Representative by our long-time client Cancer Treatment Centers of America for their new Philadelphia hospital. The original hospital was the conversion of the former Parkview Hospital in Northeast Philadelphia into a comprehensive 185,000 SF state-of-the-art cancer treatment facility. Stonebridge was also the Owner’s Representative for numerous expansions and renovations over the next 12 years.
