Unit Corp

Stonebridge served as the Owner’s Representative for Unit Corporation for the construction of their new headquarters. The new 196,000 SF six-story building is located on a 30-acre site. The building contained room for more than 500 employees and included a four-story parking garage linked to the building via an enclosed walkway.
