VA Hospital Tulsa

Stonebridge was selected as the Owner’s Representative by VHIT, LLC for the new VA Hospital in Tulsa, Oklahoma. The Tulsa VA Hospital is the first VA hospital built under the Communities Helping Invest through Property and Improvements Needed for Veterans Act of 2016 (CHIP-IN Act). The CHIP-In Act was signed to let local communities manage construction of VA projects to ultimately deliver the construction in a cost-efficient manner.

Stonebridge has been working on this project since the beginning. Our work has ranged from meeting and answering questions from Congressional and Senate members and staff, negotiating with the VA, issuing the RFP for the architect and to help keep the design within budget.
